Landscaper/Labourer

Craig’s Coastal Landscaping is seeking reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourers to join our experienced team.

We are an established landscaping company with 30 years of experience, completing commercial landscape construction projects throughout the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Sydney, ACT and regional NSW.

The role will involve:

• Site preparation and general landscape construction
• Planting, turfing and mulching
• Soil preparation and garden-bed installation
• Paving, edging and retaining-wall assistance
• Irrigation and drainage assistance
• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Operating hand and power tools
• Assisting tradespeople and machinery operators
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
• Following site safety requirements and supervisor instructions

Applicants should have:

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• The ability to undertake physical outdoor work
• A current White Card
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• A willingness to travel to different project locations
• The ability to work effectively within a team

Previous landscaping or construction experience is preferred but not essential for applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Excavator, skid steer, truck or machinery experience will be highly regarded.

This is an on-site role involving work at various project locations. Employees may be required to meet at our North Wollongong office or travel directly to the nominated site. Some projects may involve early starts, regional travel or occasional overnight stays.
