Early Childhood Teacher | Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a full-time position.

Roles & responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing and evaluating engaging early childhood learning experiences
• Creating thoughtful indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Observing, documenting and extending children’s learning
• Contributing to curriculum planning and project-based investigations
• Supporting children’s wellbeing, development and daily routines
• Building strong and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team
• Contributing positively to the ongoing development of our educational program

About you:

• Hold an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA
• Have experience working within an early childhood education setting
• Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
• Be confident developing meaningful learning experiences and documentation
• Value collaborative practice and strong relationships with children and families
• Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current Working with Vulnerable People registration

We are looking for an educator who is enthusiastic about early childhood education, enjoys collaborative project work and is interested in contributing to a warm, creative and thoughtful learning community.

Salary: From $80,000 per annum plus superannuation, with the final salary determined based on qualifications and experience.
