LGPM has been designing and manufacturing bulk materials handling equipment for over 50 years — silos, valves, conveyors, coolers and complete turn-key processing solutions for some of Australia's leading manufacturers. We build for generations, and we're looking for a reliable, organised Storeman to keep our Noble Park workshop running.

About the role

Based in our workshop, you'll be the go-to person for goods coming in and going out. You'll receive and check inwards materials, prepare finished equipment for despatch to site, and keep our workshop consumables well stocked and controlled. It's a hands-on role where accuracy and organisation keep production moving and installations properly supplied.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving inwards goods — fasteners, pneumatic parts and fittings, laser-cut parts, steel and more — and checking them against orders to make sure everything arrives on time and complete.

• Preparing finished equipment and parts for despatch to site for installation, including on-site equipment.

• Controlling workshop consumables — inventory, distribution to staff and procurement.

• Operating a forklift, keeping the store safe and tidy, and maintaining accurate stock records.

About you

• A current forklift licence would be advantageous.

• Experience in a store, warehouse, despatch or inwards-goods role — manufacturing or engineering experience is a big plus.

• Strong attention to detail, good numeracy and reliable record-keeping.

• A safety-first attitude and the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
