We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi teams at the following stores:  

• Thomastown
• Plenty Valley
• Epping Plaza

Recruitment for these roles will begin in late August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.  

As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our Stores, in addition to: 

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house. 
• Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale. 
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor. 
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store. 

Please note - our Peak Trade Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2026 to the start of February 2027). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area. 

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games 
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated 
• Customer focused and results driven 
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
