Desktop Analyst

You'll be supporting the growth of an ASX listed financial services business.

As our Desktop Analyst in Brisbane, you'll be the go-to technology expert for the office, providing hands-on support while working as part of a collaborative Service Delivery team located across Australia. The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role where you'll help create a seamless technology experience for our people and ensure they have the tools, support and confidence to do their best work.

You'll provide frontline desktop and technology support, manage hardware and devices throughout their lifecycle, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business. Supported by a national team, you'll play an important role in maintaining high service standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing desktop and end-user support across a range of hardware, software and workplace technologies.
• Managing incidents and service requests, with a focus on delivering first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Acting as the first point of contact for technology support within our Brisbane office.
• Managing device deployment, hardware allocation, upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and workplace technology platforms.
• Maintaining documentation and contributing to knowledge base development.
• Working closely with colleagues across Australia to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the end-user experience.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical foundations with exceptional customer service.

You'll ideally have:

• 2-3 years' experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Support or End User Computing role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments, including Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to Jira or a similar ticket management platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently while remaining connected to a distributed national team.
