Role Description
This full-time in office/site role, located in Rockhampton, QLD, involves delivering vocational training and assessments materials in accordance with ASQA 2025 national standards. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, assessing learners, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Trainer Assessor will also perform workplace health and safety audits and consulting for clients in agriculture, mining, and construction industries.
Qualifications:
Experience in vocational education and training, including Workplace Health and SafetySkills in developing and delivering training programsCompetence in conducting assessments and auditsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant qualifications in training and assessment (e.g., TAE40116/ TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)Experience in safety in operations of the agriculture, mining, or construction industries is highly desirable!
