Mobilize is partnering with a well-established national supplier within the industrial, maintenance, and safety equipment sector based in Kewdale. The business supports a wide range of industries including mining, civil construction, oil and gas, government, electrical, infrastructure, and engineering.The Warehouse Team Leader supports the supervision of day-to-day store operations, with a strong focus on team coordination, safety, and service performance. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is confident working alongside their team on the floor while also driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day warehouse operations within your designated areaChampion workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and relevant legislationProvide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job support to develop team capability and performanceCoordinate workflow and allocate tasks to meet productivity and service targetsMonitor performance standards and support improvements in accuracy and efficiencyMaintain clear communication with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practice
Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processesConfident communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a teamHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing prioritiesExperience working towards operational targets and service level expectationsA practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team on the floorStrong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
