Payroll Officer

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd as a Payroll Officer. In this full-time Fixed-Term role based in Perth CBD, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain employee records and update payroll information as required

• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations

• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and related documentation

• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries

• Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a payroll officer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant payroll legislation and regulations

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• Experience with high volume.

• Experience with SAP

• Proficiency in using payroll software and data management systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
