We’re currently looking for a skilled labourer/pitbuilder/pipelayer/Excavator Operator(pipe crew) trainee to join our civil construction team that completes work from gympie region to moreton bay region.

Casual positions available for immediate start with strong prospect of fulltime for the right candidates.

About the Role:
As a skilled labourer, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe work area, assisting with construction of concrete structures, assisting of laying pipework etc. We’re looking for someone reliable and physically fit, ideally with previous labouring or construction experience, and at minimum, comfortable with physically demanding work. If you’re committed and dependable, we’ll support your growth with opportunities for training and development across construction, machinery, and various trades.

As a skilled excavator operator, your responsibilities will include trenching, laying off pipes, backfilling, manhole construction works ie lifting of drums and components. As a small upcoming company at times dependant on works we have excavators may not be needed for short periods so chasing an operator who isnt afraid of getting out on the ground and helping other staff. current tickets a must.

• White Card: Current Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain).

• Transport: Reliable way to get to site.

• Driver’s License: Required for operating site vehicles.

• Tickets: Any machinery, confined space, working at heights etc, tickets are a plus!
