Registered Psychologist – Part-Time Contractor

Aston Psychology Clinic is a growing private psychology practice servicing the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We provide psychological services to adults and are expanding our services to support children and families.

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team on a part-time contractor basis, with the opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding caseload.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys variety in their clinical work and is confident working independently with clients across different presentations.

We are particularly interested in psychologists with experience working with both adults and children, including demonstrated experience in ADHD and Autism assessments.

The role may include:

* Providing psychological assessment and intervention to adults and children
* ADHD and Autism assessments
* Supporting clients with a range of mental health and psychological concerns
* Developing individualised treatment plans
* Working with clients referred through Medicare, WorkCover, TAC and private referrals
* Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and client records
* Working independently while contributing to a supportive practice environment
* Liaising with other professionals and services where appropriate

About You

We are looking for a psychologist who:

* Is registered with AHPRA
* Has an ABN and is able to work as an independent contractor
* Is confident working independently and managing their own caseload
* Has strong clinical and communication skills
* Enjoys working with a diverse range of presentations and clients
* Has experience working with adults and children, or a strong interest in extending their practice to children
* Has proven experience in ADHD and Autism assessment
* Is reliable, professional and committed to providing high-quality client care
* Is eligible, or able to obtain eligibility, to provide services under Medicare, TAC and WorkCover
* Is available to work at least two days per week
