This role is responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, including route planning, order scheduling, and tracking shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with local vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to manage inventory flows, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, supporting customer service teams with logistics information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role requires hands-on involvement in warehouse and dispatch activities to keep operations efficient and responsive to local demand.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with vendors, delivery personnel, and customers.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to handle inventory, procurement coordination, and distribution processes.Candidates should possess familiarity with Export and related documentation to support regional and outbound logistics activities where needed.Additional qualifications include proficiency with logistics or dispatch software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Experience in last-mile delivery, retail operations, or transportation logistics is beneficial.A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Mangalore, TAS and adapt to a fast-paced, locally driven environment.
