Exciting  food destination Ruben’s Deli is looking for a talented Baker - Pastry chef to join its team

Ruben’s is an upmarket, super modern business in a beautiful store befitting fashionable High St and one of Melbourne’s most exclusive suburbs, Armadale. 

We've quickly become known for our cool made to order sandwiches, signature cookies, yeasted products, desserts and delicious cakes.

The emphasis is on house-made, high quality seasonal food, and baked goods that keeps people returning.

We’re looking for an accomplished , inspiring pastry chef with baking experience to head up our pastry section and help Ruben's go from strength to strength and grow the business as we look to expand.

Ideally you will have experience in a busy, high-end kitchen, bakery, restaurant or patisserie working independently or leading a team.

Applicants should be in touch with current food trends and have a great energy.

Dough and bread work knowledge are essential. We pride ourselves on using best quality ingredients , making everything on site. This is a fun, creative role for someone in with a true passion for baking.
