Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview

Teddi Lab is looking for a friendly, proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our wellness and lifestyle Concept Store in Sydney.

As part of the retail team, you will help create a warm, engaging and professional in-store experience, introduce customers to Teddi Lab’s products, provide suitable recommendations and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a strong service and sales mindset, and is interested in growing with a fast-growing wellness and lifestyle retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional and engaging in-store experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Teddi Lab products.

• Clearly communicate product benefits, key selling points and current promotions.

• Contribute to individual and store sales targets.

2. Store Operations

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Concept Store.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Assist with stock replenishment, product organisation and inventory-related tasks.

• Follow store procedures, safety requirements and company policies.

• Support store opening, closing and other general operational duties as required.

3. Brand & Product Presentation

• Maintain product displays, promotional materials, testers and samples.

• Ensure products and displays are presented in line with Teddi Lab’s brand standards.

• Support in-store campaigns, promotions, events and customer engagement activities.

• Act as a brand ambassador and communicate Teddi Lab’s wellness and lifestyle positioning to customers.

• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product information accurately and responsibly.

4. Team Collaboration

• Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team environment.

• Share relevant customer feedback, product insights and sales observations with the team.

• Assist with other reasonable store duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is preferred.

• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills.

• Strong customer service and sales mindset.

• Reliable, punctual and responsible.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn about wellness, lifestyle and supplement products.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
