KONE is seeking a passionate Quality Coordinator to join our team in Mascot, NSW. This person will play a key part in maintaining and upholding our quality standards across the organisation.
They will support the Quality and Environment Business Partner in the deployment of KONE’s quality strategy, governance framework, and objectives. Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, inspections, and testing activities.
What will you be doing?
Prioritise quality performance improvements based on data analysisApply continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsCreate, manage, and analyse datasets from multiple platforms to identify trends and insightsSupport the Quality Manager with target settingConduct product inspections, including testing, sampling, and validation activities to ensure requirements are metMaintain and update quality records in accordance with established proceduresPromote a culture of quality by sharing knowledge and toolsAssist in internal and external audits as requiredCoordinate preventive and corrective actions within Quality Improvement teams
What are we looking for?
1+ years’ experience in a similar position.Ability to read technical drawings and understand product documentationExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholdersExperience using quality tools, methodologies, and systemsFamiliarity with continuous improvement practices, including Lean and Six Sigma principlesUnderstanding of process improvement and change management principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
