We’re looking for an organised, confident, people‑loving Salon Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our front desk.

About the Role

As our Salon Coordinator / Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and the central support for our stylists. Your role is a blend of customer service, organisation, and salon operations.

You will:

• Welcome clients warmly and set the tone for their salon experience

• Manage bookings, confirmations, and daily salon flow

• Handle phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

• Support stylists with smooth transitions between appointments

• Maintain a tidy, professional front‑of‑house environment

• Process payments and manage retail sales

• Assist with stock ordering, salon admin, and general coordination tasks

• Ensure the salon runs efficiently and professionally every day

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

• Has strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, reception, or similar)

• Is confident, friendly, and polished in presentation

• Can multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Loves organisation, structure, and keeping things on track

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Works well with a team and supports others

• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing things well

• Hairdressing knowledge, salon or beauty industry experience is a bonus

Hours

We are open to:

• Full‑time (Tues–Sat) or

• Part-time Tuesday–Friday (4‑day week)
