About the role
About the Role
The Manager, Ticketing Systems will oversee the success of the Ticketing Systems team consisting of the delivery of day-to-day ticketing responsibilities. In this role, you will lead a team of Ticketing Specialists and a Coordinator to deliver premium service to presenters and customers alike.
This role works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure system efficiencies and enhancements are implemented successfully with minimal impact. Leading a high-performing team through effective coaching and development is a key focus of this role, along with analysing data to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall ticketing experience.
Full Time ongoing position. Band 4.2 $106,743.52 plus superannuation.

The Ticketing Systems team sits within the Destination and Audiences pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering extraordinary ticketing services that create the ultimate experience for both Presenters and Customers alike.
