Sales Representative

Job description

Our growing company is seeking an addition to our sales representative team in Victoria - Primarily South East Region of Victoria

Experience in this role is an advantage but we are open to a person wanting a change and willing to work with regular customers providing service support and sales.

General Duties

• Representing our company directly to our resellers completing tasks including sales, delivery of information including new product information and catalogues,

• Customer service and support to both our clients and end users.

• Expand sales opportunities through the ability to think outside the square.

• Store visits, onsite visits as well as online and phone consults.

• Complete credits and returns

• Providing reports on sales activities

• Working in sync with other VIC representatives to create a solid team environment, as well as interstate representatives.

• Country and interstate travel is a possibility.

• Post sales service including onsite diagnosis for all client enquiry including problem solving (assistance and training provided), warranty issues etc.

• Hands-on skills willing to work with products and assist onsite warranty issues.

• Computer skills including basic Microsoft skills.

• MUST hold driver's license.
