As a Labourer in Civil Electrical, you will be the backbone of our field operations. Your tasks will include:

• Trenching and Pit Installation: Digging, backfilling, installing conduit/cable pits, street light footings for underground infrastructure.

• Lighting Installation: mounting and installing poles, luminaires, traffic light and lighting components

• Cable Hauling: Assisting in the safe and efficient pulling of electrical cables through conduits.

• Operating Hand & Power Tools: Confidently and safely using various tools of the trade.

• Supporting Skilled Trades: Working closely with Electricians and the civil team to achieve project milestones.

• A True Team Player: Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction and work effectively within a small crew.

• Physically Capable: Comfortable with physical labour, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Safety Conscious: Possesses a strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures.

• Essential: Must hold a current Construction White Card and MR Truck licence

• Desirable (But Not Essential):

  • Experience in civil or electrical construction, concreting or other trades.

  • Elevating work platform (EWP), Forklift tickets

  • Machinery tickets (e.g., Excavator, Bobcat).
