Leasing Consultant

Marando Real Estate is looking for a motivated and organised Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our growing property management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their real estate career while working closely under the guidance of an experienced Senior Property Manager and Licensee in Charge who are committed to mentoring, training, and developing the right candidate.

You will gain hands on exposure across all aspects of property management within a supportive, fast paced, and team focused environment.

You will play an important role supporting our property management team across leasing, inspections, administration, and tenant onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Routine inspections

• Managing advertising and online property listings

• Responding to tenant enquiries

• Assisting with tenancy application processing and screening

• Assisting with preparation and processing ingoing inspections

• Organising keys and maintaining property records

• Assisting with general property management administration

• Supporting the Senior Property Manager and Licensee in Charge with day to day operations

We are looking for someone who is:

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to continue developing their career in real estate

• Organised with strong attention to detail

• Well presented with excellent communication skills

• Confident dealing with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople

• Able to work both independently and within a team environment

• Process driven with a proactive attitude

• Previous experience within the real estate industry is essential

• Minimum Certificate of Registration Assistant Agent qualification required

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Experience with Reapit PM preferred but not essential

• Strong computer and administration skills

• Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals
