This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and importantly implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

  Qualification & experience Qualification & Experience     Ideal candidates should possess: Leadership experience in a retail capacity, within a fuel station environment a distinct advantage (at least 3 years);  Knowledge of retail industry trends; Proven financial management skills with the ability to understand and effectively control costs and maximize sales targets and KPI’s; Familiarity with POS systems;  Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written; and Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, especially during weekends and public holidays.
