We are a leading Australian retailer with a supportive, high energy culture. Thanks to ongoing growth, our Head Office team is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable, positive, and experienced Inventory Assistant to join us for the long haul.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with management and key departments, including Marketing, Accounts Payable, and Merchandising. You will keep our inventory data running seamlessly. Your main responsibilities include:

• Inventory Data: Upload new products, update pricing, and archive old listings in our inventory system.
• Stock Control: Process stock take data across stores and generate inventory reports.
• Administration: Manage purchase orders and use MS Excel and Word for daily data management.
• Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Accounts Payable, while supporting management.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an Inventory Assistant.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
