Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard, ensuring every guest receives a consistently excellent experience

• Deliver outstanding customer service, build genuine rapport with regulars and new guests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and service area at all times — pride in your workspace reflects pride in your work

• Operate POS systems accurately, handle cash and card transactions with care, and maintain till integrity throughout your shift

• Uphold RSA and RCG compliance at all times, ensuring service meets legal requirements and reflects our commitment to responsible hospitality

• Restock fridges, rotate stock, and ensure the bar is fully prepped and ready to trade — we move fast and preparation makes the difference

• Assist with bar setup and pack-down before and after service, contributing to a smooth operation for the whole team

• Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates and management throughout your shift — good communication is the backbone of a great shift

• Identify and report any incidents or issues to the Duty Manager promptly and professionally

What We Are Looking For

• Current RSA and RCG certifications (required)

• Experience in gaming, TAB, and Keno operations is highly regarded

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great experiences for guests

• Someone who takes ownership of their section, works hard, and shows up ready to be part of a team
