Property Manager – Small Portfolio

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our agency and take ownership of a small, well-maintained portfolio.

Whilst this is a full-time position preferably, we are prepared to offer flexible, part-time opportunity to the right candidate if desired.

The position includes a range of core tasks and responsibilities such as: 

• Managing day-to-day operations of a residential rental portfolio

• Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Coordinating routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, entry & exit reports

• Responding to enquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate communication records

• Liaising with property owners and tenants

• Arrears management

• Advertising vacant rental properties and assessing suitable applications

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in residential property management

• Real Estate Salesperson Licence

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset

• Strong organisational skills and the discipline to self-manage

• Sound knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation

• A calm, solutions-focused approach when issues arise

• Attention to detail

• A valid driver’s licence
