Our client is undergoing an exciting business transformation. Based in Sydney, this leading end-to-end design, construction, and development firm continues to set the benchmark for high-quality project delivery across New South Wales. Capitalising on their sustained commercial success and industry recognition, they are scaling their People & Culture team and seeking an agile, high-impact Senior P&C Business Partner to help drive their next chapter of growth.

This is a true business partnering role and is ‘hands on’ in nature. You will be working alongside leaders to understand their operations and help solve people challenges, facilitating workshops and fostering a culture of support and trust.

Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of P&C to design and deploy strategic projects that directly shape the employee experience and company performance.

• Generalist Delivery: Partner with operational leaders across the employee lifecycle—providing sharp, pragmatic advice across performance management, retention, and team engagement.
• Strategic HR Projects: Partner with the Head of P&C to deliver core strategic initiatives, including the roll-out of a compelling EVP, HRIS integration, performance frameworks, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Leverage your deep knowledge of Australian employment law and multi-Award environments to keep operations compliant, risk-managed, and commercially sound.
• Change Guidance: Guide leaders through continuous business transformation—translating overarching strategy into practical, on-the-ground P&C solutions that keep teams moving forward.

You are a seasoned HR Business Partner who enjoys being on the ground and visible.You build credibility quickly, communicate with confidence and know how to balance empathy with commercial outcomes. Ideally you come from construction, retail or an environment similar in which you have had to navigate complex, multi-award landscapes. As this role requires site visits, you will ideally have a car and drivers license.
