Personal Care Worker (Northern Beaches)

We are looking for experienced Support Workers/Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as a home care worker may include:

• Personal Care
• Social support
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Assistance (prompt)
• Respite
• Domestic Assistance
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis

Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
• Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Smart mobile phone.
• Be authorised to work in Australia

Licence/Certification:

• (Are you currently living in Sydney Northern Beaches?) (Required)
• First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred)
• National Police Certificate (Preferred)
• Driver Licence, Car and Comprehensive Insurance (Required)
• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Support (beneficial)

• Must live in the Northern Beaches of Sydney
