What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant.
You'll:

• Lead by example during service, creating memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Support rostering, labour management and daily operations.
• Maintain premium service standards and venue presentation.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Work closely with your General Manager to achieve operational and commercial success.
