About the role
If you are early in your HR career and looking for a role where you can get involved, build your capability and make a real contribution, this could be your next move.We are a rapidly growing business looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support our people and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
This is not a role where you will be limited to one part of HR. You will gain exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, learning and development, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, reporting and general employee support.
Your role will includeSupporting recruitment and coordinating a positive onboarding experience.Preparing contracts, letters and employee documentation.Keeping employee records and HR systems accurate and up to date.Coordinating payroll information and employment changes.Supporting learning, performance and engagement initiatives.Responding to day-to-day employee and manager queries.Preparing HR reports and tracking key workforce information.Supporting compliance with workplace legislation and company policies.Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes.
You’ll be a great fit if youHave 1 to 2 years’ experience in an HR administration or coordination role.Hold, or are studying towards, an HR or business qualification.Understand the fundamentals of Australian employment legislation.Are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.Take pride in accuracy and following through on commitments.Communicate clearly and build positive working relationships.Are comfortable working with confidential information.Bring energy, curiosity and a willingness to take initiative.
You will work with people across engineering, projects, manufacturing and corporate functions, giving you broad exposure to how a growing business operates.
