The Role

We’re looking for Chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, support busy service periods, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail

• Work with seasonal ingredients and local suppliers

• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

• Support the team during peak service times

• Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• Strong prep, cooking, and plating skills

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
