As the business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to support the administration and management of our service contracts.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Contract Administrator to manage the preparation, administration, and monitoring of contracts while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with management, clients, subcontractors, and operational teams to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, interpret, and administer service contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legislative requirements.
Negotiate and process contract variations, extensions, renewals, and amendments in consultation with management and clients.
Monitor contract performance, milestones, and deliverables to ensure obligations are met within agreed timeframes.
Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, correspondence, and reporting systems.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and respond to enquiries.
Assist management in preparing contract proposals, tender submissions, service agreements, and supporting documentation.
Analyse contract performance, identify potential risks, and recommend improvements to contract administration processes.
Ensure contractors and service providers comply with agreed contractual requirements and report any variations or non-compliance.
Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance outcomes, and operational activities for senior management.
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures relating to contract management and service delivery.
About You
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's qualification in Business, Commerce, Project Management, Contract Management, or a related discipline.
At least one year of relevant experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Officer, Project Administrator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of contract administration principles and documentation.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract/document management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
