Casual Return and Earn Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Casual Return and Earn Attendant. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Process eligible Return and Earn containers

• Remove and replace collection bins

• Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment

About you

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A positive and reliable work ethic

• The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing and manual handling

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Availability to work Saturdays and weekdays as required

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• NDIS Worker Check Clearance or willingness to obtain one
