Administration Assitant

About the role

This is a full-time role combining telephone customer service, administration, sales support and general office coordination. You will be one of the key points of contact for our customers, helping to respond to enquiries, coordinate service requirements, process orders and ensure customers receive a high level of service. The role would suit someone who is organised, confident speaking with customers over the phone, comfortable using computers and enjoys working in a small, busy business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Process customer orders and enquiries
• Coordinate customer service and equipment requirements
• Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, servicing and equipment issues
• Prepare quotes, invoices and other customer documentation
• Enter and maintain customer and order information in company systems
• Assist with accounts and general administration
• Assist with Xero data entry and basic accounting administration
• Follow up outstanding customer enquiries and requests
