This specialization has made the agency one of the most knowledgeable and experienced foodservice marketers in Australia, offering clients insight-driven communications and campaigns.Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across key platforms. The specialist will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and optimize content based on performance metrics and audience insights. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to align social content with broader campaigns, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistent brand voice for foodservice-focused audiences. The role also involves tracking analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to increase reach and conversion. This is a remote, contract role, requiring proactive communication and reliable self-management.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to plan, produce, and manage platform-specific campaigns.Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support integrated campaigns and performance-driven strategies.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage effectively with online audiences.Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar) and the ability to interpret data for optimization.Proven experience managing brand social channels, preferably in B2B or foodservice, and familiarity with Australian market trends is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote, contract environment.Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is advantageous.
