Construction Supervisor - Insurance

The opportunity has become available to take on a key role with a successful, well-established Insurance Building company. JP Flynn Builders performs repair building work on homes on behalf of many of Australia's largest insurance companies and is well-respected in the industry. The company has a proud history spanning almost 40 years and now offers the chance for a Construction Supervisor to join the team, based out of the Richmond office and managing projects across a geographical territory.

Reporting to the SA Area Manager, you will schedule, coordinate and lead teams of trades on multiple repair building jobs. You will build strong rapport with your team, and also with the insured, working towards positive outcomes delivered for all parties in a timely manner. You will also liaise with the company’s office staff and management team to ensure there is clear communication and all stakeholders are kept well-informed.

What you bring:

• Supervisory experience gained in the insurance building / residential construction sector
• Strong supervision, and project management skills
• Great communication and a self-driven mindset
• Ability to work with a variety of people and deliver quality work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Prime a bonus)
