About the role

Markq Homes, a prominent homebuilder and growing and leading builder in south west Sydney, is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join their team at their display home in Austral. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in showcasing Markq Homes' exceptional properties and assisting prospective buyers throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with new potential customers through the display home, highlighting the inclusions and features of Markq Homes' offerings

• Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project

• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales progress

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies

• Stay up-to-date with the latest and current information, pricing, and industry trends

• Assist with the coordination of events and open house activities at the display home

• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Markq Homes brand

About you

• Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the real estate or home building industry

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of customers

• Thorough understanding of current residential market trends

• Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans

• Keen eye for detail and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience

• Familiarity with the local south west, NSW market and an understanding of the needs and preferences of homebuyers in the area

• Comfortable being in front of the camera and happy to feature in property walkthroughs and social media content is a plus — our professional videographer will take care of the filming and production.
