Castleross Construction is seeking experienced Formworkers & Concreters for upcoming FIFO infrastructure projects across WA. These roles involve working as part of a skilled team delivering high-quality concrete and structural works in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities

FORMWORKERS

• Interpret construction drawings and formwork designs.
• Construct and install formwork for structural concrete including footings, slabs, walls, columns, pits, culverts, and headstocks.
• Erect and dismantle conventional and modular formwork systems (PERI, Doka, RMD).
• Install cast-ins, block-outs, and edge forms prior to concrete placement.
• Strip formwork safely and repair minor concrete surface defects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Formwork Carpentry.
• Experience with modular formwork systems including PERI and RMD.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Experience on large-scale civil, mining, or infrastructure projects highly regarded.

CONCRETERS

• Place, spread, and finish concrete to required levels and tolerances.
• Operate screeds, vibrators, trowels, and other concreting tools.
• Ensure quality finishes and curing requirements are achieved.
• Assist with pour preparation and post-pour clean-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in concrete placement and finishing
• Ability to work from levels and set-outs.
• Strong understanding of finishing techniques and curing methods.
• Experience on large-scale civil, mining, or infrastructure projects highly regarded.
• Ability to work in a team and meet production targets while maintaining quality.
