About the role
West North West Working (WNWW) is looking for an experienced and community-minded Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of Building Youth Futures Together in Circular Head, a multi-year, place-based initiative to strengthen education, training and employment pathways for young people in Circular Head aged 8 to 19.
Full-time | Contract to 30 June 2029
Smithton based, with flexible working arrangements by negotiation
This is a unique opportunity to coordinate a youth-informed and community-led project that brings together young people, schools, employers, training providers and community organisations to strengthen the future workforce of Circular Head.
Reporting to the West North West Working Program Director, the Project Coordinator is the backbone role for the Building Youth Futures Together in Circular Head initiative. The role is responsible for coordinating a place-based, youth‑centred model that connects young people, schools, employers, training providers and community organisations. The position holds day-to-day responsibility for stakeholder coordination, youth co-design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of a locally embedded education, training and employment engagement model.
