About the role

Operating from our Coolangatta office, you'll take full ownership of a residential conveyancing portfolio from end to end, supported by FINS HOUSE systems and an experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

• managing the full conveyancing lifecycle from opening to settlement

• conducting client and property due diligence including title searches

• drafting and preparing sales contracts

• reviewing contracts and advising clients on key risks

• handling post-exchange requirements including stamp duty

• coordinating settlements and liaising with banks

• using our technology stack including PEXA and DocuSign

• maintaining excellent file management and records.

What you’ll bring

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Coolangatta or Tweed residency or nearby highly preferred

• Min. 3-5 years NSW or Qld residential conveyancing experience

• Admission as a Solicitor/Conveyancing qualification

• Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills

• Tech-savvy team player with confidence advising clients

• Previous client-facing experience highly regarded.
