Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Disability Support, Community Services, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the social care sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
