You'll ideally bring:

• Previous leadership experience in a pub or fast-paced hospitality environment
  
• Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, where applicable
  
• The ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
  
• A hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
  
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and other relevant licences required for the role
