Contracts Administrator

Looking to take ownership and play a key role in project delivery? 

JXB Projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Project Management team. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients to help ensure successful project outcomes.

About the Role: 
You'll be involved in: 

• Contract administration and subcontractor management 
• Procurement, tendering and trade engagement 
• Cost reporting, forecasting and budget tracking 
• Variations, progress claims and payment processing 
• Project scheduling and coordination 
• Document control and project compliance 
• Stakeholder liaison and project reporting 
• Supporting Project Managers through the full project lifecycle  

About You: 
To be successful, you'll ideally have: 

• 5+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role 
• Experience working for a head contractor 
• Strong understanding of contract administration and procurement 
• Experience with cost reporting and forecasting 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and MS Project 
• Relevant Construction Management qualifications 
• White Card 
• Experience with JobPac, Procore or similar construction software highly regarded
