Who we are?

Community Based Rehab Team Is a local private practice and community based health service in Alice Springs (Established 2020) . The term “CBR” was an original framework proposed by the WHO to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensure their participation and inclusion in the community. This framework is at the heart of our core values, which is to deliver a ‘big picture approach’ to health care services and most importantly advocate for the health needs of members of the community. 

Who we are looking for?

Excellent opportunities for a physiotherapist to join our private practice and community based role. This is a exciting and rewarding role. The successful applicants will enjoy working in a fun, professional and vibrant team delivering top quality physiotherapy to the Alice Springs and remote Aboriginal communities. Training will be provided. The Physiotherapist will have to be comfortable working within a team and also working independently. 

Your role will involve:

• Providing high quality evidence based physiotherapy to help clients achieve their goals. 

• Weekly mentorship and education provided with Senior physiotherapist for new graduate physiotherapist. We have a new graduate program available to provide support. 

• The role can be flexible (casual/part time/full time).

• Remote outreach if desired.

• Be able to work independently and collaboratively.  

• A pathway to career progressions and roles. 

• Fuel allowance or Company Car. Accommodation provided for Locum opportunity subject to availability.

• Professional development (CPD) allowance such as external courses to expand your skill set. 

• Excellent Salary package + Very Generous Bonus Structure

• Must be AHPRA Registered. 

• Relocation funding and grants up to $7000 (NTPHN) for full time positions.
