Production Workers

At B&R Enclosures, we’re Australia’s largest manufacturer of electrical enclosures — and we’re growing. We're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our manufacturing team in permanent, full-time roles at our Heathwood facility. Whether you're skilled in the trade or keen to learn, we want to hear from you.

We have multiple openings across day and afternoon shift in key production areas:

• Powder Coating or Paint Line Loading & Unloading

• Assembly & Fit-out

• Welding & Grinders

You’ll work with tools, machinery, and manufacturing drawings to help produce high-quality products shipped across Australia and worldwide. We value people who take pride in doing the job right — safely, accurately, and as a team.

You don’t need to tick every box to apply — but it helps if you have:

• Experience in production, manufacturing, metalwork (desirable but not essential)

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• A commitment to safety and quality

• Your own transport to/from work

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (incl. Drug & Alcohol screen)

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Monday to Friday)

• Optional Overtime available!

• Stable, long-term full-time work

• Monthly Rostered Days Off & uniform allowance

• Pathway to an apprenticeship (Cert III in Engineering – Sheet Metal Fabrication)

• Ongoing training and career progression
