The Role This is a genuine hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise a small maintenance team while remaining actively involved in fault finding, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement across the manufacturing plant.

You'll work closely with production to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime and help drive operational performance.

What You'll Bring

• Mechanical Trade Qualification (Australian recognised or equivalent)
• Manufacturing maintenance experience
• Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
