Detailed Job Description: Technical Business Analyst (TBA) with API integration
Technical Business Analyst (TBA) with deep hands-on experience in data integration, API endpoints, and enterprise systems interoperability. To work across business and engineering teams to translate requirements into integration designs, define and validate endpoint contracts, and support delivery through the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Clear and testable integration requirements and API specificationsStrong knowledge of Records Management domainRobust data mapping and transformation logic documented and validatedSecure, resilient, and performant endpoint designs aligned with standardsTraceable backlog items (user stories, acceptance criteria) driving deliveryBusiness value realized through measurable outcomes (quality, timeliness, cost)
Responsibilities
Discovery & Analysis
Elicit and document business and technical requirements for integrations, data flows, and system interfaces.Map current-state and target-state data journeys, including source/target systems, latency, SLAs, and operational constraints.Perform gap analysis, identify dependencies, risks, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as security, performance, observability, and scalability.
