Qualified Electrician – Air Conditioning Installer

Evenden AIR is a family-owned Brisbane air conditioning and electrical company, and we're looking for a qualified electrician to join our team.

We're growing quickly and are looking for the right electrician who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and wants the opportunity to grow with the company.

You'll be joining a young, supportive and motivated crew working across Brisbane, predominantly completing residential air conditioning and electrical work.

Your role will be varied and will include:

• Electrical work associated with split and ducted air conditioning installations

• Running new circuits and installing isolators, RCBOs and associated electrical components

• Switchboard work and upgrades where required

• General residential electrical work

• Electrical fault finding and diagnostics

• Assisting with split-system and ducted air conditioning installations

• Working alongside our refrigeration mechanics and apprentices

• Testing and ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and compliantly

• Communicating professionally with customers

• Helping maintain the high standard of workmanship Evenden AIR expects on every job

Air conditioning experience is highly regarded but isn't essential.

If you're a great electrician with the right attitude, we're happy to help develop your knowledge of the air conditioning side of the industry.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence

• Has a current driver's licence

• Takes genuine pride in their workmanship

• Is reliable and punctual

• Has strong fault-finding skills

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Communicates well with customers

• Treats customers' homes with respect

• Has a positive attitude and doesn't take themselves too seriously

• Wants to be part of a company they can grow with long-term

Experience in residential electrical and air conditioning work will be highly regarded.
