Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Bright Minds Academy Abbotsbury

right Minds Academy Abbotsbury is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive team. In this role, you will lead the educational program, create engaging learning experiences in line with the EYLF, build strong relationships with children and families, mentor educators, and contribute to maintaining a high-quality learning environment while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF.

• Foster children's learning, development and wellbeing.

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Support and mentor educators within the team.

• Complete observations, programming and documentation.

• Maintain compliance with the NQF, NQS and centre policies.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

• Current NSW Working With Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality early childhood education.
