Front Office Receptionist

Quest Sale comprises of 53 serviced apartments including Studio, One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments located in the heart of the Sale.

Quest Sale now has an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Service Agent in the Front office Reception. We are looking for a guest experience professional with a passion for customer service and sales to join our team on a casual basis in a very fast-paced Front Office role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of the Front Office Reception and Concierge services, with tasks including, but not limited to:

• Ensuring all aspects of front office reception and concierge services run smoothly

• Strong sales skills in promoting and selling accommodation

• Guest relations

• Reservations

• Administration

• Guest Feedback and complaint handling

• Performing check-ins & check-outs

• Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history

• Delivering a high level of professional customer experience

• Responding to accommodation enquiries, processing reservations and accounts.

• In-house guest safety and security

• Property Security

• Night Audit Reporting and reconciliation

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Passion for providing friendly, personalised customer service

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Reliability and flexibility

• Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team environment

• High level of personal presentation

• A genuine interest in a career within the hotel industry

• Hotel Reception and Concierge experience desirable

• Experience in Front office systems

This is a Casual position with rosters published on a monthly basis. You must be available to work shifts, from 7 am- 2 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays. Only successful applicants will be notified.

Award rates and penalties as per the HIGA award. Free onsite parking and uniform provided.
