Mobilisation Coordinator

About the role

As a Mobilisation Coordinator with WA MOBILISATIONS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient deployment of personnel to offshore, mining and construction projects throughout Australia. Your expertise in coordinating and managing people logistics, along with your prior experience in a similar role within these industries, will be essential to our success in this casual WFH role.

Key responsibilities

• Booking medicals for personnel

• Coordinate site access requirements

• Arranging flights and accommodation for site-based personnel

• Booking and arranging inductions and training requirements for personnel

• Roster management

• Assisting with personnel recruitment requirements

• General administration and data entry activities

• Providing regular reports and updates to our clients

About you

• Proven experience in a similar mobilisation coordination role within the mining and/or construction industries is essential

• Minimum 2-3 years of mobilisation coordination experience in mining or construction industries is required

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients

• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to track and manage mobilisation activities

• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while maintaining a high level of accountability

• Mobilising to BHP/RTIO/FMG, MRL experience essential - must be familiar with ERMS, PEGASUS, PeopleTray, SAP, Workflow, SuccessFactors, Pegasus and INX

• Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least 3 of the major mining company systems including ERMS, SAP, Workflow, SuccessFactors, Pegasus and INX

• Australian work rights are essential for this position
