Disability Support Worker

About the role

Empowering Disability Partners (EDP) is a locally based NDIS registered provider supporting participants across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. We offer Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, Day Programs, In-Home Care and Aged Care support. As a small, genuinely local team, we pride ourselves on delivering consistent, person-centred care. We're looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis. You'll provide day-to-day support to NDIS participants and aged care clients across the Northern Beaches, helping them live independently and engage confidently with their community.

Key responsibilities

• Personal care and household task assistance

• Community access and social participation support

• Transport to appointments and activities

• Meal preparation and domestic support

• Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you support

About you

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or working towards)

• Previous experience in disability or aged care support

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

• A genuine, compassionate approach and strong communication skills

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
