This role offers the perfect mix of clinic and community work, supporting participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals and live more independently. Whether your experience focuses on paediatrics, adults or both, we offer it all.
Complete comprehensive functional assessmentsDevelop individualised, evidence-based therapy plansDeliver engaging interventions in both the clinic and communitySupport clients, families and support networks through education and coachingCollaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary teamManage a varied caseload across the lifespanParticipate in regular mentoring, clinical supervision and professional developmentContribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications And Experience
Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech PathologyFull SPA RegistrationValid Australian driver’s licence and access to a carUnrestricted Australian work rightsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
